Peter Christian Hall is a Manhattan-based writer and filmmaker who grew up in upstate New York and has visited nearly 50 countries. He holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and the School of International & Public Affairs at Columbia University, where he later was a Knight-Bagehot Fellow.
Hall wrote, produced, and directed Delinquent, a feature film (with an original soundtrack from Gang Of Four). It sold on five continents and played in American movie theaters for months.
When the movie opened in LA, the Los Angeles Times said:
“Delinquent is one of those great little near-no-budget movies that every now and then seem to come out of nowhere to give hope for a truly independent American cinema. It marks a stunning feature debut for writer-director Peter Hall, who never makes a false move as he builds suspense right from the start."
His latest work American Fever is a blog novel about a flu pandemic that strikes New York, igniting passion and disorder.
